413 Hockey

Welcome to the 413 Hockey Program, a progressive approach to a combination of athletic training and education for hockey players in the 6th-9th grade. The 413 Hockey Program consists of a full school-year of education and hockey training at Mass/Conn United Training Center in Agawam, MA. The 413 Hockey Program is designed for players to study and train intensively for one school year to prepare them to move onto a traditional brick and mortar school with an elite hockey program.

The on-ice portion of the program will be run by professional coaches with multiple years of professional and international playing experience. The program will focus on both "Hockey IQ" and the skills necessary for each student to be successful at the next level.

For school work and academic supervision the 413 Hockey Program will partner with Stop It Goaltending's Bridge Program, which has been run by Jeff Walker for the past two years at Mass/Conn United Training Center. Jeff Walker is the Goaltending Coach for Westfield State University (NCAA DIII), Amherst College (NCAA DIII) women's team, and has been coaching goaltenders since 2008.
